I’ve been following you for quite a while, Ann. And vice versa. I notice you’ve been writing a lot more lately. I like that. And every article is better than the last. Your thinking/writing is getting more distilled and focused — I notice changes in writing. I’m ramping up to write more now that I survived my post-transplant depression/grief/whatever the funk was. Right now I’m reading a lot of Medium articles on the daily digest.

I really like what you have to say here because there is so much chaos and shared back-biting and pure hatred floating around now. Facebook is almost impossible now. And over this past week I decided I had to be nicer to everyone. Find common ground. No, I’m not going to knock heads with someone so far away we can’t hear each other. But I am trying to spread more accord than discord, more humor than sadness. There’s still lots of sad things to acknowledge and to fight for. But I want more, not less, energy for the important battles. You know? Love is the answer. Calm creates better decisions. And people. Namaste
