I'm an organ transplant recipient, so no immune system - suppressed so I can keep my precious new "life" - yes, new liver. Donated by someone who cared. I WILL very possibly die if I catch this potent virus. My rules are easy, but they are 100% of my attention and time. I don't think you needed to write this as an apologist or even a whiner. I could whine a whole lot!!! But it doesn't change the science or my rules. Even without a pandemic, and Covid and flu vaccinations, there are still 26 random viruses that could latch on and give me a run - for my life. Serious stuff. I do ask people/friends to follow my rules. You know why? Because they're easy, and they're human kindness in action.
