I love the tiny steps of your lists. Perfect. I totally get it because I had so many days when I wish I had a list (or a push) to tell me to get out of bed. I stopped making lists that made me feel like a “bad person.” Too big, too long, overwhelming as hell. You asked for any suggestions, so I’ll share this. I’d ended up accumulating a lot of bad habits while I was sick for 11 years (and then depressed even AFTER the save-my-life liver transplant. I found this guy who has developed a whole company, persona, and philosophy for making tiny habits grow by baby steps. (He’s also handsome) He’s on youtube, so you can find one of his short vids to start. James Clear. And he wrote “Atomic Habits.” He defines “atomic” as 2 things — tiny as things can get, and holding a lot of energy. There is no pressure to do a damn thing! So it’s working for me, these baby steps I can take now.

Hang in there, Elise. You sound like you’re doing well and making progress. Cheers to you.
