I live in Denver where it was on the poor side when I moved here in 1985. Now? Not so much. The elitism makes me want to RUN - far away. And the friendliness is just GONE. I’m not sure anymore where to go. BUT I do know that nearby Boulder is a lot friendlier and LOTS more fun. But expensive to live there. I visit with a friend and we take the Flatiron Flyer bus there - the scenery to die for!! Pearl St Mall will always have its performers and street hustlers. But what in the hell happened to once friendly & fun Denver?? Still just a cow town.
