I know smart people; and I know stupid people. But I know people in both those groups who are vaccinated. Happily. A good friend of mine had a great idea for offering vaccinations - drive a taco truck (or ice cream) into a neighborhood. Offer a free taco if you will take a vaccination. It's simple. It's a very small portion of a community (one block) that can grow into an entire neighborhood. Keep it small, give them all the right informed consent - but in plain words, not that HIPAA shit that scares the pants off anyone and everyone! Break it down easy.

Also, add the right music! If an ice cream truck - the same hokey music always for them! Multitudes served food they like with a vaccine to keep them alive and well.
