I gave this 50 claps — and not “sympathy claps” at all. I loved reading this story so much, I read it again right after I got to the end, to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I love the way you blurt things out — please don’t be embarrassed EVER for that because all around you, we’re all just thinking the same thing. Just too scaredy-cat to say it! This week I’ve been breaking a lot of taboos I set up for myself as a scaredy-cat, so now I’m (almost) ready to write My Ten Things, as Stevie Adler recommends! #1 I walked to and rode the bus at night in very urban Denver, and #2 I asked a guy to meet me at Starbucks (and he’s WAY younger). And both were FUN!
