Hey Naveen (or whatever your real name is), this was a good article. The headline made me think I was going to have to refer to James Clear! But nope, you dove right into his book, which I also have.

But you gave me some ideas about how to set up the cues and all the other 3 things to do. For some reason, I couldn’t come up with any cues. Seemed simple enough. But I was clueless — or cueless. So I’m going to work on that.

I have, in quarantine (42 days now — I’m a transplant recipient, so yikes), I have developed some things I do in order (mostly) so that I take care of important things. Somehow daily hygiene — taking a shower — just annoys me now. So I decided, no breakfast till I shower. And set an alarm for the time on that. It works.

I’m kinda sad you didn’t get more claps because you are a good writer and your headline is good. Maybe you should have numbered your tips — sounds lame but some readers need help. Even for a list post!
