Good reminder, Shannon. It doesn’t all happen in our heads. In fact, two books recently recommended to me about depression both say the very same thing: DO STUFF. For perfectionist, procrastinor me (and depressed and lost me) that is hard to do. But I’m taking baby steps. And it seems to be working! I’m also leaving the Blame Game — that’s a power robber. I just gave up a very sneaky one — my anti-rejection meds — and made friends with them!

You inspire so many people. And you are a thought and action leader — don’t doubt that for a second.
